As a gated community homeowners should be mindful of tailgating as you enter and exit the complex. TAILGATING WILL NOT BE TOLERATED. In short, no one should be entering or exiting unless they have put in the code or swiped their card. Violators will be fined. Neon Parking Stickers have been proposed by the Campau Farms Broad. There will be an ID Number on the stickers to easily identify who belongs in the complex.

NEVER leave access cards in vehicles parked outside.
PLEASE stop and wait for the gate to close behind you, when entering or exiting, to prevent unauthorized vehicles from entering.
DO NOT "tailgate" through the entry or exit gates. Simply hold your card in front of the reader to allow yourself time to drive through the gate. The gate does not need to be closed to use the card.

PLEASE CALL or EMAIL the Magar office if you experience trouble accessing the gate. Attn: Pam; Subject: Gate Security
REPORT all criminal activity to the Detroit Police Department, and to the Magar office. It is important so that we can make changes to our security protocols, based on KNOWN criminal activity in our community.
